FORMAT

Corinium discussion format

Corinium events are different. As the name of our events would suggest, by attending you will be in a room packed full of C-Suite Executives from the Learning and Development space. Simply put, these Decision-makers are here to network.

That’s why our Corinium discussion group format is the beating heart of our events. We connect the leading minds in the industry and focus them into dedicated discussion groups where all learning and development, human resources, talent, diversity and inclusion workforce participants cross-industry, aim create a culture where learning and development is truly valued and seen as a strategic business tool.

Each group brings together the most knowledgeable people into these informal discussions where everybody participates. We find that over 65% of the participants in our discussion groups contribute to the conversation.

Our attendees consistently remark upon the success of these discussions saying:

"It was a nice opportunity to meet people who have the same challenges as you and share. Great conference with high caliber learning professionals collaborating, sharing ideas and practices to help us move our organizations forward."

Global Learning & Development Technologist, Bunge

"This was a fascinating mix of participants across different industries who were able to share, discuss and explore common L+D issues in a smaller, intimate setting."

Director, Perkins & Will

"I thought the conference, for a first of its kind, was terrific. Great content, yes, but more important I felt was the really strong interaction between attendees throughout the two days."

Dean of Learning, Horizon Media

"The conference was a great opportunity to see trends within the L&D space while getting a chance to have great discussions with peers."

VP, Director of Global Learning & Talent Development – Americas, Christies Inc

How do they work?

Once our expert Co-Chairs begin the discussion with their initial thoughts, delegates are invited to offer their own experiences or questions, thus sparking a free-flowing and open conversation. If you were to walk into the room mid-way through the session, you would probably be unable to distinguish the Co-Chairs from the delegates. What’s more, our events offer up to 4 concurrent discussion groups allowing you to tailor your own event experience and select the sessions that best address your pressing concerns.
